By using Renoriflow (renoriflow.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Service description

Renoriflow is a platform for organising online client bookings for masters and businesses. The service lets you create a schedule, manage services and accept bookings via a personal link.

2. Registration and account

Using the service requires creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure (email and password)
• All actions taken through your account
• Accuracy of information provided at registration

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. Prohibited:

• Distributing spam or unsolicited messages through the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
• Disrupting the service by any technical means
• Using the service for illegal activities

4. Client data

As a user of the service, you are responsible for your clients' data (names, phones) entered into the system. You agree to obtain necessary client consent for data processing in accordance with applicable law.

Public Business Pages and Reviews

Users may create public business pages and publish descriptions, photos, contact details, opening hours, and other information. Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they publish is accurate, up to date, and lawful. The service may also allow customer reviews. Reviews reflect the opinions of their authors. Renoriflow does not guarantee the accuracy of reviews and is not responsible for their content.

5. Pricing and payment

All Renoriflow plans are currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with prior notice to users.

Future Paid Plans

Renoriflow may offer paid subscription plans and additional features in the future. Pricing, payment terms, renewal policies, and refund rules will be published before such plans become available.

6. Feature changes

We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue certain service features without prior notice. Significant changes to the terms will be communicated to users in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for data loss, lost profits or indirect damages related to use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without any warranty of uninterrupted operation.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the "Account" section in the dashboard. We may suspend or delete an account for violations of these Terms.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes means your acceptance of the new terms.
