Answers to common questions about using your dashboard

Getting Started

Go to renoriflow.com and click «Sign up». After creating your account, your personal dashboard will open. On future visits, use the «Sign in» button on the home page.

In the «Settings» tab there is an «Account type» card:

  • Master — you work independently: your own services, schedule, and page.
  • Salon — you manage a team: add staff members, each with their own schedule and services.

Click «Switch» on the desired card. The active mode is highlighted with a blue border.

If you were invited to a salon as a staff member, you now have three modes:

  • Master — your personal master dashboard.
  • Salon — your own salon dashboard (if you created a salon yourself).
  • Staff mode — working inside the salon that invited you.

Switch between them in the «Settings» tab → «Account type» card. When working in staff mode, the salon name is shown in the top-right corner of the dashboard along with a «My dashboard» button — click it to return to your personal mode.

Services

Master mode: Open the «Master» tab → find the «Service management» card → click «+ Add service». Enter the name and duration in minutes (default: 60), then click «Save».

Salon mode: Open the «Employees» tab → click «Settings» next to the desired staff member → go to the «Services» tab. There you can assign services to that staff member.

Each service has a «+ Add variant» button. Variants let you offer one service with different prices and durations (e.g. «Haircut: short / long hair»).

Note: once a service has at least one variant, the main price and duration fields are locked — variants control them instead.

In the service list, each service has two buttons:

  • ✏️ — rename: an input field appears directly below the service; enter the new name and save.
  • 🗑 — delete: a confirmation dialog appears. Deletion is permanent.

Schedule & Days Off

Master mode: «Master» tab → «Working hours» section. A table with seven rows (Mon–Sun): enable the desired day with a checkbox, set start and end times, click «Save».

Salon mode: «Employees» tab → «Settings» button next to the staff member → «Schedule» tab — the same table for each staff member.

Master mode: «Settings» tab → «Days off» section. Select a date and click «Add». The day appears in the list below, where it can also be removed.

Salon mode: «Employees» tab → «Settings» next to the staff member → «Days off» tab.

Bookings & Calendar

All bookings are in the «Calendar» tab (the first tab in the dashboard). Bookings are listed by date — use the day navigation to browse.

Master mode: Yes. Open the «Calendar» tab — in the toolbar above the calendar there is an «Add booking» button. Select the service, client, date, and time.

Salon mode: The button is also available in the Calendar.

Staff mode: Only if the salon owner has enabled the «Add bookings manually» permission in the staff permissions settings.

Staff

Available in Salon mode only.

Open the «Employees» tab → click «+ Add employee». In the dialog that appears, enter the name (required) and specialty (optional), then click «Add».

In the staff list, click «Invite» next to the desired staff member and enter their email address.

If the staff member is not yet registered on Renoriflow — they will receive an email with a link to register and accept the invitation.

If the staff member is already registered — the invitation will appear on their «Account» page (a tab in the dashboard), where they can accept or decline it.

After sending, the status changes to 📨 «Invitation sent». While the staff member hasn't accepted, you can withdraw the invitation with the «Revoke» button.

«Employees» tab → «Settings» button next to the staff member → «Permissions» tab.

There are 4 permissions (checkboxes):

  • Edit services
  • Edit prices and duration
  • Delete services
  • Add bookings manually

Enable the desired permissions and click «Save».

«Employees» tab → «Settings» button next to the staff member → «Color» tab. Choose a color — it will be used to visually distinguish each staff member's bookings in the calendar.

Your Page & Catalog

Open the «My page» tab (🌐 icon) in the dashboard. Fill in the fields: name, description, photo, city, category.

When everything is ready — check «Publish page» and click «Save». The page status changes to «Published» and it becomes accessible via your personal link.

While the checkbox is unchecked, the page is in «Draft» mode — clients cannot see it.

After publishing, your link is available in two places:

  • «Calendar» tab — in the toolbar above the calendar there is a «Copy link» button.
  • «My page» tab — the link is also shown there.

Send it to your clients — they can book directly online.

Only published pages appear in the master catalog and are indexed by Google. If your page is in «Draft» mode — it won't appear in the catalog. Publish your page via the «My page» tab (see question above).

Settings

«Settings» tab → «Currency» section. Choose from the list (UAH / EUR / USD / RUB).

There are also two checkboxes:

  • «Show prices» — clients see prices on your page.
  • «Show duration» — clients see the duration of the service.

Click «Save».

Open the «Reviews» tab (⭐ icon) in the dashboard. All client reviews are displayed there. You can write a reply to each review — it will be visible to clients on your public page.

Notifications & App

Open the website in Chrome on Android. Then go to the dashboard «Settings» tab → «Notifications» section → click «Enable notifications». Chrome will ask for permission — click «Allow».

If notifications are blocked: open Chrome settings → «Site settings» → «Notifications» → find renoriflow.com and allow it.

On iOS, notifications only work through the app (PWA). First, install the app:

  1. Open renoriflow.com in Safari.
  2. Tap the «Share» button (square with an arrow pointing up at the bottom of the screen).
  3. Select «Add to Home Screen» and tap «Add».
  4. Open the app from the Home Screen (not from Safari).

Then go to «Settings» → «Notifications» and enable them.

Open the website in Chrome — an «Add to home screen» prompt appears at the bottom. Tap «Install». The app will appear on your home screen like any other app.
Go to the «Account» page (link in the dashboard menu). At the bottom of the page there is a «Sign out» button.
